Mobile Tyre Fitting — Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about how we work across London.
How quickly can you get to me?+
Inside the Finchley core (N3, N2, N12, N20) the average arrival is 10–20 minutes. Further out into Greater London, expect 40–90 minutes depending on the North Circular.
Are you really open 24 hours?+
We answer the phone every hour of every day, bank holidays included. For anything urgent, ring rather than filling in a form — the phone routes straight to the duty fitter.
Do you fit tyres I've bought elsewhere?+
Happily. We will give your own tyres a quick once-over first to confirm the size, date code and condition are fit to go on.
What brands do you carry?+
Three tiers: value names such as Landsail, Nexen and Roadstone, mid-range Falken, Yokohama and Avon, then flagship Michelin, Continental, Bridgestone, Pirelli, Goodyear and Dunlop.
Do you do run-flats and 4x4 tyres?+
All covered — run-flats, SUV and 4x4 rubber, plus van and light-commercial sizes, fitted wherever the vehicle sits.
How much does it cost?+
It comes down to size, brand tier and where you are. Send the registration over WhatsApp or ring it through and you will have a firm figure within minutes, with nothing to commit to.
How do you take payment?+
The fitter takes payment once the wheels are back on — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or transfer. Fleets run on 30-day invoices instead.
What if the tyre can't be safely repaired?+
You will be shown the damage and told plainly why it fails, then given a like-for-like replacement price. Walking away is always an option.
Do you fit at motorways?+
Not on the hard shoulder or in an SOS area — National Highways rules put that job with your breakdown provider. Once you are recovered somewhere safe, we will meet you there.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Manufacturer warranty applies to every new tyre, and our own repairs are backed by 12 months of workmanship cover.
Can I get a receipt / VAT invoice?+
A full VAT invoice hits your inbox moments after payment clears.
Do you cover fleets?+
Yes — a single contact number, one monthly invoice and priority in the dispatch queue. Details are on the Fleet page.
